Standard Cut – $135.00

o Tenderloins

o Backstraps (cut in ½)

o Roasts (4 roasts)

o Grind meat (sealed approximate 1 lbs. tubes)

• Neck roast – $5.00

o Deboned – 5.00$

• Caped for shoulder mount – $35.00

• Sirloin or eye of round whole – $5.00 per roast

• Pork added to grind – $3.00 per pound

• Beef added to grind – $5.00 per pound

• Bacon added to grind – $7.00 per pound
